I have been a practicing attorney in California for over 40 years. In the course of my practice, I am involved with estate planning, trust and real estate matters, including sophisticated estate planning techniques for High Net Worth clientele. I have had experience in both large and small law firms specializing in trust, estate, real estate and tax planning.

I have represented individuals, families and their businesses. e acquisition and development of various real estate projects. These have included both residential and commercial projects, from acquisition, development, leasing, sales and California and federal tax planning.
